  • Written to the regulations that actually apply to your task: CDM 2015, Work at Height, COSHH, PUWER, and HSE guidance like HSG33 for roof work, cited where they earn their place.
  • Site-specific. Your company name, your site address, your access arrangements, your plant. Principal contractors reject generic paperwork; yours will not read generic because it is not.
  • Reviewed and signed off by an SMSTS qualified professional before delivery. If our reviewer would not accept it on their own site, it does not ship.
  • Delivered as a branded PDF plus an editable Word copy you keep and can adapt on future jobs.

Straight answers

We are not a software subscription and not an AI printout mill. We are a documentation service for working trades: you tell us the job, we hand back paperwork you can stand behind at the site gate. No accounts to manage, no monthly fee, no document builder to learn at 9pm.

Questions trades actually ask

Do I legally need a RAMS?
Risk assessment is a legal duty for every employer and self-employed person (Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999), and it must be written down if you have five or more employees. In practice the law is only half the story: principal contractors will not let you start on a managed site without an approved RAMS, whatever your size. That approval is what we write for.
Do I need a Construction Phase Plan for a small domestic job?
Yes. Under CDM 2015 a construction phase plan is required for every construction project, including domestic work. For small jobs it can be short and proportionate, which is exactly how we write them.
Who actually writes and checks my document?
Your document is drafted by SITEPAPERS and then reviewed and signed off by an SMSTS qualified construction professional with years of experience running live UK sites, acting as the competent person check before anything is delivered.
How fast is 24 hours, really?
The clock starts when you complete the ten-question intake after checkout, and 24 hours is the delivery commitment for a standard RAMS. Complex RAMS run 24 to 48 hours and phase plans 48 to 72 hours. If we ever cannot meet the clock we tell you before you pay, not after.
What if the principal contractor asks for changes?
Every document includes one revision round, so send their comments over and we turn the revision around, normally same day. Further revisions or new tasks are covered by the £59 additional-RAMS rate.
Why not just use an AI generator or a £10 template?
Generators and templates produce the generic paperwork principal contractors have learned to reject: wrong hazards, boilerplate controls, no connection to your actual site. Our documents are written for your specific job and then human-reviewed by someone who has stood where your paperwork will be read. If a cheap template does the job for you, honestly, use one; when it gets knocked back, we are here.
